Get to know Kathy!

I grew up in a family where both my parents were committed to civic engagement to make their community a better place to live.  My husband and I, with our two young daughters, moved to the tri-valley 27 years ago.  I became involved with local sports teams for many years with my children serving on the Board of Directors for two different organizations.  This led to an appointment to the Parks & Recreation Commission and the rest is history!  I enjoy public service and find it rewarding to meet residents, listen to what matters and provide leadership that makes the tri-valley the place we all love to call home.
